Prior to joining Tomashevskaya & Partners, he was for several years the head of succession research for capital owners within the Center for Wealth Management and Philanthropy in the SKOLKOVO Business School -- the research center founded on the initiative and with the participation of Ruben Vardanyan and a Swiss bank UBS.
